Terms of Use
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BullBill's restaurant billing and management software provided by BullBill Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in India to use BullBill. By accepting these terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@bullbill.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Each account is for a single business entity. Sharing accounts across unaffiliated businesses is not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BullBill for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
- Use the service to generate fraudulent GST invoices or financial records.
- Share your account credentials with parties outside your business.
4. Subscription & Payments
- BullBill is offered on a monthly subscription basis per outlet.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to applicable GST.
- We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Free Trial
New accounts may be eligible for a 30-day free trial. Only one free trial is permitted per business. We reserve the right to end or modify the trial offer at any time.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into BullBill — your menu, orders, customer list, and billing records. We process this data on your behalf. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. BullBill's offline billing feature is designed to keep your operations running during internet outages. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content of BullBill are owned by BullBill Technologies. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own restaurant operations.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, BullBill Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
